LATE POLICY: I have a STRICT 6 minute grace period if you are running late for your appointment. I book every 20 minutes, so there is no wiggle room if you are running more than 6 minutes behind. If you arrive after the grace period ends, I will have to reschedule you, and there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service. LOCATION: 704-A Pembroke Rd Suite 105 Greensboro, NC 27408 Located inside Sola Salon in Friendly Center In between Caribou Coffee & Chuck E Cheese (I’ve been told that sometimes GPS will take you to the opposite side where Sephora is. This is not correct.) Once you arrive, dial 105 CALL on the call box near the front door. Once you hear a long beep, the door is unlocked. If I am with a client, I will be unable to answer. If someone else opens the front door for you, there is a bench right next to my suite where you can make yourself comfortable until I am ready for you.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Please note that I do my best to be accommodating and respectful of everyone’s time and circumstances. That being said, I greatly appreciate the same in return. I have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in a fee of 50% of your booked services charged to your card in order to reschedule your appointment. No shows will result in 50% charge of booked services AND a deposit for your next appointment in order to reschedule. Thank you for your understanding.
