LATE POLICY: I have a STRICT 6 minute grace period if you are running late for your appointment. I book every 20 minutes, so there is no wiggle room if you are running more than 6 minutes behind. If you arrive after the grace period ends, I will have to reschedule you, and there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service. Entry Instructions: When you arrive, dial 131 + CALL on the call box by the front door. Once you hear a long beep, the door is unlocked. If l am with a client, I may not be able to buzz you in right away. In that case, please wait for someone to enter/exit the building. Cancellation Policy

Please note that I do my best to be accommodating and respectful of everyone’s time and circumstances. That being said, I greatly appreciate the same in return. I have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in a fee of 50% of your booked services charged to your card in order to reschedule your appointment. No shows will result in 50% charge of booked services AND a deposit for your next appointment in order to reschedule. Thank you for your understanding.
