LATE POLICY: There is a STRICT 6 minute grace period if you are running late for your appointment. We book clients back to back, so there is no wiggle room if you are running more than 6 minutes behind. If you arrive after the grace period ends, you will need to rebook your appointment and may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service. Cheese Apple Maps may take you to the opposite side near Sephora - that is incorrect. For best accuracy, please use Google Maps when possible. Entry Instructions: When you arrive, dial 131 + CALL on the call box by the front door. Once you hear a long beep, the door is unlocked. If we are busy with a client, we may not be able to buzz you in right away. In that case, please wait for someone to enter/exit the building. Cancellation Policy
We at Peach Perfect Wax Lounge do our very best to be accommodating and respectful of everyone’s time and circumstances. That being said, we greatly appreciate the same in return. We have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in a fee of 50% of your booked services charged to your card in order to reschedule your appointment. No shows will result in 50% charge of booked services AND a deposit for your next appointment in order to reschedule. Thank you for your understanding.
